Women Shouldn't Train Like Men    

1.   You’ve seen generally men don’t need separate work to get great physique but women need isolation work, especially whenever women do upper body workout.

2.   Regarding the bench press, women prefer to build their triceps, shoulders and back, that’s why female lifter got strong triceps and back after few months of hard workout.

3.   Women do squats better than men and sometimes men suffer with recovery issues as women.

I think women shouldn’t train like men, women should build their body and lift their own.
